hi,
have 2 guinea pigs zoe and jessie, and a bunny faline that thinks its a dog, we feed them spinach, silverbeet, brocoli, parsley, grass, carrots, carrot tops, celery, grass, dandelions. they DON'T get dry food as was told it has no nutritional value and the girls put on weight. was told it was like feeding a child icecream. some one mentioned oxbrand pellets. where do i get these? i am in aussie land. have seen genetic brand, peters recommended by rspca, and dr harry coopers brand(aussie vet). also the girls have decided NOT to eat spinach and silverbeet anymore, so was wondering what to feed them to replace them. no are not allowed sweets as a month ago zoe had a trace of sugar in her urine. zoe has also just had surgery to remove her reproduction organs and a tumour in her uterus.
have tried cucumber, snow peas, beans but won't touch them. any suggestions would be appreciated. remeber but we is in aussie land and so things may not be available here. thank you for reading this. :smitten:
