What’s going on with my piggy urine 😬

So I have four piggies within the last two months I’ve already been to the vet with three of them three times for three separate things and my piggy Lulu was going in for surgery this week to remove her cyst and now I get home and my skinny pig moose has very orange urine or what I’m thinking is urine cause all his poops are perfect they look healthy and I have this orange color in his bedding and on his fleece can anybody help me out with this yes I give them orange and green peppers and red peppers and I give them carrots and I know sometimes it could be caused by the color of the vegetables but this is a lot and I’m really freaking out right now please help

They look like normal oxidised pees to me.
