Hi everyone,
I have four boar guinea pigs, who live in pairs. One, called McGee, is a Swiss gpig. He weighs 749g, which feels underweight which is worrying in the first place, and tonight I found this alien-looking poo in his enclosure. He shares the hutch and enclosure with another, called Ted. Other poops in the enclosure are normal, but what is this?! Really worried and would appreciate any advice.

He looks like he has a bit of a tummy upset and is dehydrated. Please have him seen by a vet and start syringe feeding and watering promptly; take him off fresh veg until his poos have normalised.
It is very important that you keep the guts going with as much fibre as you can until he has been seen and until after any meds have kicked in; offer as much water on the syringe as he will take. Weigh daily at the same time to monitor the food intake.

Thank you. They had veggies for the first time in a little while last night, could that have upset his tummy?

It could. Please take them off and start very very sowly with only a little, introducing only a new veg per meal. I would recommend to start with some resh herbs in a small quantity once the poos have normalised.
