What’s on her nose?!?

I have seen this on my Lexie and Timmy but not as bad as her does anyone know what it is

The thing on the bottom of her no’s its kinda yellow

It might be where the Guinea pig been in her food dish when getting food out !
Dirt,dust etc , looks normal to me

From the looks of it or lack of it, it really doesn't look serious to me.

Just looks like pink skin through the top of the nose hair. Hair is normally finner on American smoothes in that area.
