I want to know what your best guinea pig buy was, not including the cage. Mine is either fleece or this giant hut made of hay. I only have one pig right now, and this hay hut can fit four or five pigs, so I put a bunch of stuffed animals in there. The fleece is because my guinea pig has foot issues, so if his bedding isn't soft enough, his feet turn a shade of red that's not normal. My adorable little pig!x)

mine is a combination of three items. firstly the vetbed. then the snuggle sacks that i made. then the wicker baskets i bought for 30p on the carboot.
all eight piggies love the vetbed
molly and pippa definitely love their basket
http://
my three babies adore their snuggle sackhttp://
two more snuggle sacks almost complete

Marsdens piggy pellets £20 for 30kg!
Fleece tunnels and cuddle cups etc
Ferplast 140 cage I love that! I know you say not including the cage but I had to mention it I think the cage is epic

Now...

I would also like to know your worst buys so I don't buy that for my potters. My worst buy was a corner litter box. He didn't use it, but what I'm really mad about is that all the peer and loop stuck to the bottom and the cage cleaner only helped a little. AND it kept falling of the cage. I can't rememder the brand, but it was just the kind of plastic. I should have made my own.:)>>>

Their food. :))

But in all honestly, probably their tents or my little dog bed. They love both.

Hmmm, probably a friend! :)) It cheered daisy right up and brought out a side to her I had never seen.

Also the snuggle sacks I make

If you email them, they send you a free sample...

I really want that carrot bowl! :red

My lot haven't thought much to anything I've paid for, they currently like a weetabix box and a blanket pegged to the side of their run. I got a free toy polar bear off the apatmil website, they send me regular updates about my imaginary baby (try finding a logical explanation to tell your dad why you're receiving post about formula milk) and my pigs beat the poor polar bear up something rotten.

:)) simple things!

I think the bowl was more for me than the pigs :))

Oh that's a tricky one! My piggies seem to like everything I get them! :))
1) Any cosie item
2) Fiddle sticks/tunnels
3) Grassy carrots - they devour them within a day!

What should I email them?:p

Say you've heard good things about their product 'Readigrass' and were wondering whether they would be able to send you a sample, put something about wanting to test it on your piggies before committing to buying it in bulk :)) Then just put your address, thank yous etc :)) x

oops!

I just found out that's euros and I'm in America. I'm still gonna buy readigrass. If anyone can find an online source of readigrass in America please post.

Just had a search for you and cant find anything :( maybe look for other brands of dired grasses?
They are usually in equine stores.

If not I may be able to post a small bag to you, but I think that could work out quite expensive. x

Mmm, they love Readigrass drool

My best buy was a cosy from AudioHeart

and my Gorgeous Guinea's shampoo's.

my best buy was the 1yr pressie they got this feb... i don't think they've come out of it since then!

I present the eatable pigloo:

(even if it is labelled as for hedgehogs - they shouldn't get all the fun!)
http://www.zooplus.co.uk/shop/small_pets/accessories/cabins/189925

they can huddle in it and chew on it at the same time. i just put a blanket/fleece all fluffed up on the inside so its nice and soft for them to lie down too.

that looks fab. I was going to buy a pigloo but didn't as I was scared it would get too hot in summer or they would chew it.

I think theres three best things I've bought them!

One being their 'toilet tray' - keeps most wee's and poos in one place and so easy to clean! Not too high for them to hop over and plenty big enough so they can all crowd around the veg bowl :)

Second needs to be their cage liner, managing the fleece and towels was a nightmare but the cage liner just looks fab and is so easy to just throw into the washing machine :))

Last but definitely not least - their strawberry pigloo! They love it and I love it so much I've just ordered a blue one exactly the same xx>>>

All items are in this pic :)

Its in at the moment and Rosie spends most of her time in it. Must put one on pawsups beds to the test soon and see if they end up with a new fave.
