Never seen this being done before ?
surely thats not nice for the piggy as that water or whatever it is can go in its eyes and if the piggy jumps it then twists over and can inflict serious pain as it can slip whilst its in water surely :-\

It says at the top she enjoys it ? surely if i lay my piggies on their backs theyd be frightened to death and flip back over and thats dangerous as it is never mind in water :-\
 
Some dont mind lying on their backs if its in a comfortable way but you're not supposed to leave them like that for more than a few minutes and only supposed to do it if its neccessary, Ralfie doesnt mind it. I doubt he'd let you do that to him though, how did they do that? x

Thats what i mean ? soemof mine like lying on their backs for a few seconds too but like that i dont think so as it also looks as though the piggy is hypnotised or something :-\
 
They've probably just lay it like that then took the pic quickly before its struggled, not very nice anyway :-\
 
If you go on the link the go back into galleries and onto guinea pigs they've got loads, and theres a few more of the bath pics, i dont think its floating or anything infact the pig house looks great xx

Yer that piggy train is so cute! And the one where the baby is following the big fatty and its just a big bum and a little tiny one :D

Not sure about the bath one but it is a great pic.
 
I have seen an article on this treatment somewhere before with various animals and It is supposed to be good.
I personaly would be a bit worried about them in water like that but the artical i saw had only good feedback from people who had had it done on pets
 
The first pic does look really strange my girls hate being on their backs and dont enjoy baths at all. The house does look fab though.
 
i had to treat Gideon like that it was something i got from vet Not sure of the name of the thing but i had to steep him in water for 5 minutes with this stuff in it and he used to roll over on to his back i think whatever was in the stuff really stopped the itching but i don't think i would have left him like that while i took a photo
 
That guinea looks like it has been hypnotised, but that guinea house looks great
