What's wrong with Ginger?

I picked up Ginger just now and noticed his chin is wet and his mouth is open. Had a look at his front teeth and they appear normal. Then propped him up and noticed poop on his bum. It didn't look normal, sort of clumpy. He's still eating and drinking, but clearly something isn't right. I'm going to get him an appointment tomorrow, but can anyone give me any insight what might be wrong?

@Gemma1286 We can't diagnose but a guess would be teeth issues or a digestive issue.

If it is teeth issues you may need to syringe feed for a while, so have a look at the syringe feeding guide on here, it's useful to know in advance what you need to buy and do.
