Hi!

It is difficult to judge any abnormalities from just your Picture without having a comparison as to what is normal.

Could you please tell us how old your boar is and whether you are cleaning out his bits regularly or have never donw so before. Older boars can suffer from impaction where weaker muscles can't express the digestible Poos properly anymore. All boars can suffer from sperm rods and a build-up of Smegma around the penis. If it is advanced, you may Need vet help and antibiotic or painkiller as either condition can lead to infections.
