What's Wrong With His Foot?

Hey, I've noticed my piggy has something weird on his left paw. Does anyone have any idea what could it be? He had fungal infection on his ear in September, I hope it didn't came back

might be worth getting vet checked to be sure the fungal infection isn't back given that its over a wider area of his foot but to me it looks like hardened skin which can form into spurs in some piggies. These are usually harmless and only need cutting if they become at risk of being caught and torn

It looks like harmless hardened skin but it’s probably best to have him vet checked if he has a history of fungal
