The last couple of days I have noticed that my Guinea pigs has lost a small bit of fur on his ear and has a very small bit of crust on it as shown on the pic attached.
Does anyone know what this is?
Will it do its own thing or need veterinary attention?
Thanks in advance

It looks like the beginnings of fungal ear. It would be good if you had it seen and properly diagnosed by a vet. With the correct treatment, you should be able to get on top of it soon. How long have you had your guinea pigs?
