What's wrong with showing guinea pigs?

I noticed that this forum doesn't allow the discussion of showing guinea pigs. I do not intend to show my guinea pigs, don't worry haha. But I was just curious as to why this is? is there ethical concerns with showing guinea pigs? just for curiosity so I can be more educated (:
