So my parents bought my guinea pigs this treats and when I read the back and the ingredients I noticed that it said that it contained wheat flour and I was confused because I thought they couldn’t have that?

They're not supposed to have wheat flour.
I don't know if these are OK to feed or not. My guess is not. I'm beginning to realise that just because something says it's suitable for guinea pigs on the packet/box doesn't mean it actually is, and it's so frustrating.

To be honest there isn't very much in there that is appropriate for guinea pigs at all

It is a common problem with a lot of treats that are marketed for a variety of species (rabbits, hamsters and guinea pigs) which have totally different dietry requirements.
It is nice your parents wanted to buy your piggies a treat though.
Maybe suggest that next time they get them some hay or a special bag of forage mix.

I prefer herbs and fruits over treats for my piggies. I try to keep their food all natural so I give them veggies, herbs, and fruits. I give endless Oxbow hay, and some Oxbow pellets.
