Wheeking

When do you give them veggies? They could be wheeking at you for those. They could also be wheeking at you in hope that you just give them something as obviously you are a bad slave and starving them!:lol!:
 
Is there a full moon tonight? They could be wheeking at the moon and about to turn into Werepiggies. Seriously though, sometimes, they just wheek because you've been around a lot, so they're chancing their arm (leg) for more foo-oo-ooooooooood (that's meant to be the noise a werewolf makes, just BTW)
 
It’s what piggies do.
With mine it’s the ever hopeful “we know you’re there please feed us as we’re starving and fading away here”
 
Mine are outdoor so they don't wheek for food. They just randomly wheek. Like today one of them was at the top of the ramp and started wheeking and then when she got to the bottom and was "downstairs" on her own she was zooming and wheeking like a crazy pig. I thought she was telling the other pig to come & play, but if so, she got ignored.

Awww I didn't think about being a bad slave, lol.
Breakfast is 8am, grass noon, tea is 7pm.
What makes me laugh is I have 4 piggies, had them 2 & half years & they have never wheeked now all 6 are going for it. :mal:
 
Our boys will sometimes wheek even when they’ve been fed and have enough hay in their tray. The other thing is they beg for food even though they’ve been fed already! They act as if I’m starving them and my husband seems to agree with them! He keeps campaigning for me to up their veg intake. Fat + potentially ill + vet bill = BIT FAT NO! :hb:
Sometimes they do want attention though I think. Toffee will stand there for you to stroke him till HE decides he’s had enough :own:
 
Mine were wheeeeeeeking and boinging at me this morning til I got them some grass!:eek: I put all 5 of them in the run this morning then got on with stuff and when I went outside I was greeted with "wheek wheek wheek boing boing boing!":D So off I dutifully went to grab a handful of 2-3 foot long grass from down my road,:own: washed it and then put it in the run. All while I was doing this the chorus of wheeks and boings went on. When the grass went in the run ....... Silence! :tu: They will be back on the lawn in a couple of weeks when it has grown back after they did their best lawn mower impressions!:clap:
 
Yes it's amazing with grass, it's there then 10 seconds it's gone. Lol
That is the first time all of my 6 wheeked for nothing.
