i hear one of my guinea pigs do a kind of high "wheek" sound and i dont know if he got bit or in pain?

Probably another pig gas run into that one, it is often an alarmed shriek in that situation which could sound like a wheek

A wheek can sound like a shriek... if a piggy startles another pig to bumps into one t sometimes happens

they are 3 monthes and males i dont have any pictures

Shrieking can be a sign of submission if there is a bit of dominance going on.

You should get some photos of them while they are young as they soon grow. Plus we love to see pigtures on here
