I'm so upset my pippin has started wheezing when being held is she just nervous? she also chokes when she is eating I'm going to try and get her to the vets soon but is it serious?

They do make some funny noises when they're nervous but without hearing it I can't really say. If the choking sound is like a cross between and sudden sneeze and cough she's probably glugging her food down too fast. I'd take her to the vet for peace of mind if you're worried, basically: if in doubt, see a vet.

I wouldn't worry - the wheezing when being held is from stress (rapid breating) and the coughing when eating most probably from sheer greed and swallowing too fast.
