I heard this noise when I woke up:
(Not my video, but it was that noise)
But it stopped after a while, slightly after she sneezed, what is this?
(I already have an account on this site, but I can't access the email for that one at the moment and I don't have the password)

I can't play the video at work, is she hooting (like a duck)?

If so this can be a sign of a heart issue, they hoot and then follow with a cough, was it definitely a sneeze you heard?

Does she have any other symptoms such as:

Laboured or rapid breathing
Nodding when breathing
Weight loss
Repeated respiratory infections
Blue tinge to ears, nose or lips
Random coughing, especially when eating
Bumblefoot
Bloated abdomen

Is this the first time you have heard it?

Other possibilities are allergies or respiratory infection. Either way it would be good to get her checked by a vet.

All my guinea pigs do the "choke cough" when they eat food as they eat fast, I haven't been able to weigh her as the only weight equipment we have is one semi broken (non steady, but working if altered with and tampered with) one for the kitchen, I can weigh her on that weight if I find it, but it is currently gone and is the only one I have at the moment. I haven't seen any other symptoms and she has never done it before, she did it more when I turned her around. How are heart issues handled? I'm FAR form good with stuff like that, and I'm scared as to what I would do if she is a heart pig, I feel that it will be very difficult if she needs like a special diet and stuff, like I've heard of with other animals, that they eat special diets against the heart issues. Could of have been a cough, I'm not sure, felt like a sneeze cause, while her nose was dry, the sneeze has something flying on my arm.

It is controlled with daily medication. I will have a listen when I get home tonight, it may be late though as I have the vets straight after work.

I would invest in a basic set of digital scales (kitchen ones are fine) and start weighing your pigs weekly as it is the easiest way to spot illness.

Ok I just managed to listen by nicking my collague's headphones. It is definite hooting, but whether it is heart related only a vet can say. If she sprayed your arm it is likely to have been a sneeze in which case there was most likely something up her nose. It could be dust or an allergy but I would get her checked out just to make sure.
