When are they over adolescence?

I'm just wondering about when piggy's are beyond their adolescent phase. My Trek is 4 coming up to 5 month and looks like a laid back grandad!
 
i read in my guinea pig book RSPCA book that they go through puberty at 8 - 10 weeks, so going by that he/she is past their teenage years
 
Guinea pigs reach adolensence at 3-5 months. Dont flip out- my male is about 7 months old, however he has been laid back all his life. Guinea pigs have different personalities just like you & me. I wouldn't worry about him unless his "laid-backness" turns into lethargy.. meaning he rarely moves (perhaps due to pain?) or his diet changes. in that case get him to a vet!
