I have a double hutch but am only letting my babies use the top at the minute because they dont look safe on the ramp, they virtually fall down it and cant get bk up, just wondered when your could use a ramp?

It would be worth trying to fit some sides onto your ramp or put a tube up it so they cant fall off the sides. Mine have one of these going up my ramp [ame="http://www.amazon.co.uk/Rabbit-Activity-Tunnel/dp/B003L1X0JS/ref=sr_1_10?s=pet-supplies&ie=UTF8&qid=1348770811&sr=1-10"]Rabbit Activity Tunnel: Amazon.co.uk: Pet Supplies[/ame]

Make sure the ramp isn't too steep too.

Mine was from day one, I dumped them on the top with water and food and left them to work it out.

I did however get a door mat and cut it up, then stick it to the ramp to give them more grip :)

Hutch ramps often look really steep to me. I guess rabbits must have less trouble with them..?

I prop the bottom end of my ramp up on a brick, like so:

It makes the incline significantly less steep and helps file their claws down a little bit when they climb on it. My youngest came home at 6 weeks old and has never had a problem with it. Maybe if you were able to level out the incline a little somehow..?
