(I hope I'm putting this in the right place) So my sweet girl Heather sadly passed away today. I'm very much torn up about it and it's so hard to look at the cage and seeing my other girl shelby staring back at wondering where her sister might be at. I'm worried soon she might get depressed and start grieving. I'm just wondering when might be a good time to introduce another piggy to her. Right now I'm trying to give her as much attention as I can at the moment.

Your piggy will grieve but she will be ready for a new friend sooner than you probably are.
The best way to find a new friend is via dating at a rescue centre. If you have a centre near you, then do call them to discuss your options with them. Character compatibility and mutual liking is key to a successful bond between piggies and there is always a risk if you were to buy a piggy from a pet shop for example, that the piggies won’t get on.
