when shall i introduce my neutered boar to his soon to be wifepig

i have read so many things about how long to keep a newly neutered boar away from sows. woody will have been 'done' 4 weeks on wednesday. some people are saying 4 weeks while others say 6 weeks. am i just best to wait another 2 weeks or do you think it would be ok to start introducing them to each other. the can see and smell each other through the mesh that divides their hutches but i really want them to have proper company. it's so hard waiting - the time seems to pass so slowly:)):))
 
Wiebke has a lovely baby that is the result of one of her sows having play time with a boar that was 5 weeks post op... Its rare, but it does happen. I would never introduce less than 6 weeks because of this. :)

that's sorted it then. two more weeks waiting time. thanks for the advice. i had enough heartache with blossom after her unexpected babies arrived. could do without any more sleepless nights.
