When to go to the vet- when to leave in peace?

He was certainly a beautiful boy (I had a lilac pig with red eyes once too! Love them!) It sounds as though you did the kindest thing you could. ((HUGS)) to you!
 
So sorry for the loss of your handsome boy.
The decision to pts is one of the hardest we make but you gave him that last gift of love.
Look after yourself and allow yourself time to grieve
