I have been trying to teach my boy, Scribble, how to do the circle trick. Unfortunately Scribble is a bit confused by the concept of following a piece of food around his head since as soon as the food disappears from his mouth "whaaa?! Where did it go?! Why did you take it away from me?!" and I have to start all over again until I feel bad for him and give him his lettuce without asking for the trick.

So, since I'm now moving Scribble to level 0 (which is "come here" for a treat) I decided to turn around to my flatmate's cage and see if her girls would do any better. There are four sows in this cage so surely one of them would be able to get it, right? And they did - except for Allsorts who was a bit confussled by that is probably because she's a peruvian and can't see very well, I guess.

So yesterday I was so proud at having three girls do a circle (guided, they aren't on voice queue yet!) so I decided to take a video of them being so smart now and then another once they'd gotten the hang of it... it didn't go to plan!

I have never seen two guinea pigs so determined to eat THIS corn husk before in my life.

Love the tug of war over the husk! Almost a lady and the tramp moment, although they both seemed determined to eat all of it!

Oh my that was so funny. How sweet haha. I love how they were basically kissing from how little left of the food there was but they were both determined to have it.

I love watching my boys do the tug of war but they don't usually get this close before one runs off with it. XD
