When will it be best to bring my piggies indoors for the winter?
I was thinking about maybe this week as the weather is quickly getting colder

Id say now Hannah as its cold in the night now and always damp and horrible.

I think i usually bring them in around now, also because of the fireworks around this time of year, as i get VERY panicky that it will scare my piggies, grr i hate fireworks!

yep they are not very nice for pigs, I heard one story of someone with a pregnant pig she left outside (she didn't know it was pregnant) which gave birth prematurely due to being terrified of the noise

i would get them in asap, this morning here was very damp and cold and I think the piggies should be going inside now.

Sheesh, glad it's not as cold as here then - was -1C overnight last week.

yeah,now is the time. i walk to work at 630am and sometimes leave after 11pm and i can honestly say the air is icey.

maybe mark it on your callender to bring them in your last free day in september each year?
