and u give it in round slices do they eat it by trimming off all the peel by feeding it around with the skill of a seemstress and then carry on till only a tinsy bit is left and slurp that bit up? i love the way mine do that! :D
 
I feed mine a big chunk of cucumber which then gets stripped of all the outside green peel and then the little ball of seeds and flesh in the middle gets whittled down very fast until there's a little round ball left which sometimes gets muched up and sometimes doesn't!
 
All mine eat it like that as well. I wonder if they are saving the best bit (middle) for last! Very odd! :D
 
bob and munchies new habit is eating the middle first! then they save all th green edges scattered round the cage and eat them later 98)

Personally speaking I don't unroll Swiss roll but I do mutilate Battenberg cake - I peel off all the outside marzipan and make a neat little pile then I separate the squares and nibble off the jam, then decide which colour to eat first - usually the yellow - then I tuck in to the marzipan. Chelsea buns - unrolled every time! (I've even been known to count the sultanas!)
 
One of my girlies will only eat the skin, when shes eaten the skin she runs over and eats the skin off of one of the other piggies piece!

My boar, Ozzy is always getting robbed of his cucumber skin! ;D
 
I got once told off by my very special rainbow bridge Clover :smitten: :smitten: because I DIDN'T have any cucumber in my hand, I miss that piggie :smitten:

Mine all LOVE cucumber, they just eat straight through it, no messing :smitten:
