I'm looking for a more sturdy cage for my 2 piggys as in the nxt few months my partner and his cats will be moving in at the moment there in a midwest conncted with cubes, ive seen one i like the plaza but dont no weather to go with the 140 or 160 which would you say?

Bigger is also better for Piggies, if you’ve got the money and space I would go for a bigger environment for them x

Definitely bigger the better!
But, would there be any way you could get some grids and make a lid for your existing cage to protect them from the cats? Or is the whole thing not sturdy enough on the sides and that why you want to replace?

You can buy a lid for the midwest if you could make something out of the cubes/grids for the other section. If you want to go for a new cage definitely go for the bigger one since they're used to having a lot of space right now.

No its all flimbsy to be honest

A fer-pl-ast (sorry computer keeps auto correcting), size 140 or 160.
the 160 is quite a bit more expensive unless you can find a second hand one. Always better if you can. What I liked about the cage was the ability to put a second floor in using grids and cable ties and a ramp from plastic water drain, creating the hay loft, my lot loved it.

Hi, I had the same debate before we got our piggies 5wks ago. Eventually went with the ferplast plaza 160 and I’m really pleased I did. Managed to pick one up for £69.99 on zooplus.

I think the plaza got quite bad reviews, I would go with the Ferplast 120 or 140 although you will need to cover the cage with a sheet because bar spacing is quite big and cats can get their paws inside.
