Which lettuce is ok?

I know that iceberg is not recommended, but romaine is OK for piggies. You can get romaine lettuce hearts from most major supermarkets.
Portion size I don't know too much about though :(

All lettuces are very high in vitamin A which builds up in the liver (like carrots) and should not be fed daily.

The nutritional value changes, but you can feed any lettuce. Romaine lettuce, little gem, round lettuce or mixes are fine to feed. Iceberg is the one with the least nutritional value, but it can be fed if there is nothing else around!

Added a small amount of little gem lettuce to their fresh food and it's a winner. They let out a couple of wheeks for some more, when I was putting the packet back in the fridge. Thanks for replying.
