Which Type Of Swiss Chard Is Safe For Piggies

I bought some ruby red Swiss chard seeds and after looking up how to sow them I discovered that they can actually be poisonous so does anyone know which type I can grow in containers outdoors

Also any suggestions for other veg I could try which grows fast and they can eat almost daily other than coriander I already have some of it growing
