Say two young bonded boy ( brothers ) would they fight in future , or is best just to go for girls .. The more I read the more I get confused ..

I have both :)
My boys were together but kept drawing blood with each other so they had to be seperated.
I have 6 girls and they don't always get on either, there's one or two in there what just seem hell bent on being trouble causers.
I find my boys more entertaining cos they're mad heads lol but the girls seem to be quieter and calmer.
I think with boys it's a case of making sure you have loads and loads of room and 2 of everything, although I do that with my girls aswell.
At the end of the day the preference is yours and I personally think every guinea pig has a different attitude :)
You may find a sow & neutered boar at a rescue already paired, I know my local rescue pairs some piggies up like this.
Goodluck with whatever you decide, I'm sure they'll be gorgeous.

I don't think it really matters as long as they have plenty of room. We rehome females really quickly but we find it so hard to rehome pairs of males as everyone thinks they will fight at a later date :(

Would you be able to keep the piggies inside until the warmer weather or do you want piggies that can go outside straight away? I have spoken to you on the phone (RSPCA Walsall) but can't remember what you said :))

. hi , I could possibly keep in doors for short term , the long term plan is to keep them outside for summer months and move to the shed in the winter , when I clean it out , I'm in the process of getting things ready with hutch , had to build small patio area and making a extra run on the hutch , so probably be ready in a couple off weeks hopfully weather getting better , I just want to try and get things right as I'm new to this and get the best advise out there .. Thanks mat
