The boys and I headed for a weekend in Yorkshire and I couldn't resist this rainbow coloured bridge for them. I did put it in their temporary holiday cage (a ferplast 120) but it was a bit of a squeeze with two pigloos. But they still had a great time when I let them have a bit of a play on the bed. I also managed to collect a bale of hay from a farm I know sells it near my sisters so they were so pleased with me. I felt very appreciated I can tell you when they started wheeking as I came into the bedroom. They were a little subdued to begin with finding themselves confined having been used to a palace c&c at home. They managed quite well with daily bed romps though.

I have those for my boys as well. They both liked to sit on top, so I had to get two of them. But now at 2 and almost 3 years old the boys are getting too bottom heavy to climb anything. Lovely photo.

That's Ben on the top he's suddenly discovered climbing on things, he regularly incorporates the tops of the pigloos in his laps around the cage at full speed. I'm just waiting for him to take off and land on the armchair at the side of the cage ''Great Escape style''. But don't worry I have put a cushion in it so he will have a soft landing :-) Jerry who is a couple of weeks younger follows his every move so I doubt it will be long before I have a pair of escapees. We had a great time in Yorkshire catching up with family and chilling out but it's nice for all of us to be home. My sister lives in a house and after my recent knee op I found the stairs were still a bit difficult so I'm glad to be back home in my bungalow! The boys are also glad to be back in their mansion too.
