White bits?

Hey Sorry for the amount of questions and topics, it's just because I've never seen a guineapig with white bits on him? I'll attach a photo. I don't know whether it's the woodshavings, but I'll soon be changing to the carefresh ultra once the shavings is finally all used. But could it just be that? Stan doesn't have any white bits or I haven't noticed any. It's just more noticable on Ollie because of his black colouring. As you can see some around his nose, cheeks and sometimes a spec on his back? 20190115_142732.webp

I find I gain as much from other members’ questions and the answers given as I do from questions I ask.
 
Thank you! apart from that, I notice that when I'm holding him, he's making a lot of heavy breathing sounds? or just when I'm not holding him, I honestly don't know if this is normal? or just sounds through his nose when he breaths. I honestly can't describe it haha.
