White discharge from penis

Hi, recently my pig has been starting to show slight signs of compaction so I’ve started cleaning his sac, used videos as guidance. Went well a few times then last time as I pulled sac open white liquid came out of a few holes in his penis opening. I’ve never seen a penis come out just the wrinkled area is visible and this white stuff came out of several areas on the wrinkly pink skin. When I pressed a little harder much more came out followed by a slightly harder white liquid and just a hint of blood. Really seemed like when you pop a deep pimple as tinge of blood comes out as end of pus comes out. Liquid was white no yellow or green. I’m hoping this is somehow normal? He is a bit skinny but like this for a while, planning to check that with vet in spring when I’m working again.

If you can, please have him vet checked sooner, in fact as soon as possible; have you expressed his penis to check for a semen rod etc., which can cause an infection?
