I have 2 sows and I have noticed that either one or both (not sure yet) have white in their urine, is this normal? :{

hi my two boars had this and its something to do with calcium (cant remember) but it's ok :) i'm sure someone will be able to tell you more though

Yep it is calcium, same happens with rabbits :) I think a small amount of white is ok. Certain veg and hays can contain a lot of calcium so might be worth cutting those down if you are worried :)

The only problem with the calcium is if it gets quite thick and sludgy, as I think that could lead to stones forming in the bladder/kidney. Although that is just something I remember reading so might be worth asking someone with more expertise

Thank you :)

Does anyone know more about this?
