Apologies if this has already been posted, but every now and then a little bit of white liquid comes from my boars eyes (from seperate eyes - not at the same time and not continuou. It also happens on different occasions too, but mostly when they wash their face).

It seems as if its the equivalent of how us humans get watery eyes.

The eyes dont look injured, or infected or anything to cause any alarm. I'm just curious that is this normal? What causes it? and what is it? Should it happen all the time?

I'm just inquisitive more than anything as I'm always discovering lots of new things with my piggys x>>

This is their eye cleaning fluid they extrete when they are washing their faces and eyes. Its more noticable on the darker coloured piggies when theyre washing.

The milky fluid is eye actually cleaning fluid and nothing to worry about.

Please see the vet if you notice your piggy having a continuous trickle of clear eye fluid. It means that either something is stuck in the eye or your piggy has a condition/illness that triggers weeping.
