white mucus plug from sow

OK i have had boys so know what that is.........but girls?
Can somebody please reassure me or tell me to get something done ASAP?
I feel so inadequate when i found Onyx with this gunk on her butt i thought ewwwww you've got poops but no that's not what came onto my fingers it is creamy white with a little speck of black in it....like a boar plug :{

Sows have a mucus plug except when in season. I think it normally just disolves rather than falling out.
