Sammy has these white patches on one of his eyes, one at the top, one at the bottom. Does anyone know what they are?

Sorry, I forgot to mention the first and last pictures are from December. It is not a new thing and he doesn't seem to be in pain or anything which is why I haven't done anything about it but I am wondering what it is.
If is it not a developing ulceration from a scratch or something stuck under the eye lid, then it could be most likely osseous choristoma (tissue being replaced by bone). There is nothing you can do about that. It is not painful and not all that uncommon.

Wouldn't it irritate his eyelids? (Sorry if that sounds stupid)
It may get a bit bigger as time goes on. There is no irritation or pain. It is just the quality of the tissue itself that is changing.
