white scab on nose

Hi. I`m new here. I have four guineapigs. One has a white, possibly scaly scab on its nose. Is this a fungus, wart or something else? I have linked to a picture below. She's ok, cute and active as always.

Looks like the beginning of a fungal infection to me. They often originate around the face. Best get to a vet because fungal is very contagious.

Hi and welcome to the forum. It appears to be 'teddy bear stripe nose' here is a link to a post that will be of interest to to you, there are other links within that post, all are worth following as each of them have a little extra info in them. My Dindy has this crusty, warty type affliction too, it appears worse in winter and tends to almost dissapear in summer, it doesn't irritate her at all.
