My girl Lottie has a small, thick, hard white scab stuck on her lady parts, I'm not sure if it's dried discharge or fungal, she also has a slight fishy smell. It wouldn't come off so I gave her a bottom soak and used some manuka and neem shampoo and some of it has come off but not all of it.

We think she has ovarian cysts due to hormonal behaviour, enlarged nipples, dry skin (not yet crusts) on her nipples and her lady parts are always open and swollen, she is constantly in season for a few months now and quite confused and miserable the poor love. She has had ultrasounds and xrays but nothing showed up, but because of her symptoms suggesting she has them she is currently waiting for a rescan in a couple of weeks.

I just wondered if this white scab can be related to her hormonal problems, she could've even picked up an infection from her lady parts being constantly open, I think this would make her vulnerable to all sorts of infection.

Any thoughts?

Discharge of some sort I would say, have another gentle soak and get her checked out at the vets would be my recommendation

If a gentle soak is not helping (may need more than one round), I would have her checked by your vet. Like @sport_billy says, it sounds like some discharge has dried and hardened.
