I was doing my weekly health check on one of piggies and saw some white spots deep inside his ear. I'm not sure if this is normal or if it's a health problem. The tips and around his ear look fine. I'll try and upload a photo later.
Is the inside ear suppose to be spot free and smooth as it goes deeper?

Would advise an eye check at vets buddy

Hi, I tried to get a photo but Moonlight just wouldn't sit still so I gave up.
Just curious why would he need an eye check?
I do know he has slight respiratory problems which seems to be ok.

I rang the vet today and explained thinking in hindsight it might be just his inner ear bone structure.
They said to leave it if nothing is moving and keep an eye on it for a few weeks to see if it gets worse or bigger.
The thing is moonlight is half black and half white so anything white in his black ear stands out!
Anyway, I'll see how he gets on monitoring him closely.
Or do I need to rush to the vet ASAP as I often think I worry more than I should?

If it would ease your mind then go to the vet.
Sometimes a vet trip is for our peace of mind and worrying about guinea pigs is part of being a piggy slave.

Let us know how things go

Update on the vet trip
I took him to the vet for a full health check and his ear is fine. :)
However, he started sneezing more and I now have some powder medicine to treat him with.
He does suffer from slight respiratory problems which I'll have to monitor in case it gets it worse.
