White stuff in guinea pig mouth

Hello everyone, my male Guinea pig deigo , had some loose stools since morning for which he has been treated now, what i observed now is that some white sticky and flaky stuff coming out of his mouth only near teeths n lips, we cleaned it yet again, his sex drive is increased a lot since morning, he is fighting and humping his cage mate every 10 mins, i dont know what is happening, he is quite warm too but i think that is due to the fight n humping

Take him off any fresh veg until his poos have firmed up again for 24-48 hours and then re-introduce slowly.

It could be semen fluid if he has masturbated (which boars can do, especially when experiencing a strong hormone spike like you are reporting) , but I can only guess.
Has Diego got a companion or is he a single piggy? If he is single, then please consider getting him a boarfriend for round the clock company if at all possible. Guinea pigs are group animals and not wired to be on their own. In the meantime, a soft toddler-safe guinea pig-sized humping toy may help with the hormonal teenage urges.

Please have your guinea pig seen by a vet as soon as possible.

His diarrhea is under control now, poop have firmed up too, eating well, and he has a cage mage, he is continuously picking up fights with him n humps him as well

It sounds like a teenage hormone spike. They are really intense and tend to last for a day or two.

I would agree with Wiebke on this. Looks like boar glue to me. Glad his poos have firmed up. I would probably advise keeping the veg cut back for the next few days and introduce it back in slowly, just in case.
