So today I'm looking after a 9 month old dog for my friend and he ran into the house and weed in all different places inside as I was trying to catch him. My 7 month old puppy hasn't been the toilet in the house for quite a few months now but I'm worried that because he will be able to still smell the other dogs urine around the house if I just use anti bac and fairy liquid and decide to wee in the house himself so I've used white vinegar as I read that was good to get rid of the smell of urine. Anyway because he weed in quite a few places including carpet, the house now smells quite vinegary and I was wondering whether this could cause respiratory problems for my pigs?

It should be fine. I've been using white vinegar to clean out small animal cages my entire life with no ill effects.
