Hilarious conversation this evening with my dad-in-law to be:


"Ummm your tea looks nice...Oh. Who else is coming for tea...i thought it was just you two in tonight....."

(Me: raises eyebrow)

(penny drops) "Ohhhh, the grandpigs dinner i see, i see."

Hahaha! How to confuse your future in laws. :))

We were having home made chicken pasta bake with home grown salad and the pigs, Harvey, Artie, Percy-Roo and Tavvy were having a gourmet salad. Ummm....

I know...they'll be expecting this from now on...they only got that much as curly kale was in the yellow label section in morrisons drool
 
That does look fantastic... Maybe you should audition for piggie masterchef?

A piggies come dine with me?!? Love it.

It would be utter chaos in the kitchen... Who would we like to see on it?
 
I'll have to show this to my mum and dad, I get comments like "Have you garnished their salad?" "No its parsley on top!" All I do is chop it up and put it in a bowl! :))

I sometimes feel guilty eating garnishes on salads out. I feel that I am stealing parsley that should be used for piggles food :))
 
My parents used to give me funny looks as I prepared the piggies vegetables. But they're used to it now!

As for garnish, whenever we go to the harvester I save everyones parsley in a tissue then wash it and give it my piggies.

Spoilt?.....Nah...
