COVID-19 Who has to work and who doesn't during enforced quarantine?

For us, all life sustaining service people are allowed to roam about, medical professionals responding to emergency situations, grocery store workers, drive through restaurant chefs and etc.
I can go and fill up my tank, shop for food, pick up necessary things like toilet paper.
