Whoops . . . . . . . I did it again!

We decided we wouldn't get anymore until the shed was complete and especially no more boars.

However ........ WE happened to be in Cannock this morning and called into Pets at Home to coo over the baby piggies and have a look at the adoption section and we saw Bailey, a two and half year old boar sat there all alone and I couldn't resist!

So we have yet another piggy making the total 13 but what a gorgeous boy he is!

Do you know what his background is?

All they said was that he is two and a half and he was in the adoption centre because his previous owners were unable to carry on looking after him as they were moving house.

Bailey has settled in well he is a very healthy piggy with an even healthier appetite and particularly partial to apple and peppers!

So I thought I'd add a few pics of him out of the PAH carry box!

He is a bit delicious, the powers of p@h, I swear that I am not going to look in the adoption centre again! I know what you mean it happened to me last week! I can now only go to p@h if required although try not to if accompanied by a sensible 4yr old or 10 year old (my kids) in case of temptation, and I thought loosing weight was difficult!

Yes my 8yr old is my walking common sense!

I often get Mummy, not another one! We've got enough already! Sometimes I lsten but mainly I don't!

What a handsome little man he is!

It makes me sad to see the lone boars in the adoption center. It makes me want to take them all and pair them up with other boars for company.

I'm glad he's now got you and other piggy company!

He is currently sleeping in his own cage but he gets to 'mingle' with the other boars during the day in the big run I have out on the grass and they seem to get on ok. And I will be looking to get him a young companion as all my other boars (apart from Oscar who doesn'y like sharing with other boys) are already paired.

He is kept nice and close to everybody else and they have little conversations with each other at night. It is very sweet!
