hi guys I'm worried about my piggies, i think they are scared of me because every time i went near their cage they run and hide :(
I'm always out of the house Because of work and they are always alone and rarely seen a human >:D but I'm always the one who gives them food everyday every morning and in the evening so why they run and hide from me :(

All my 26 piggies are like it O0
Its just their natural behaviour but if you sit quietly next to them for a few minutes they'll soon come out and act normal again :smitten:
Try spending more time cuddling them too :D Even if its just whilst your watching tele ;D

yeah I'm doing that also, but my other pigy when i cuddle it it bites me :( but the other one just sits and stare ^_^

Awwww some of mine used to be like that untill i got them out whenever i could and now they are just normal naughty piggies but no biting :D

Some of mine nibble, I have only had blood drawn once.
It is nature for them to run and hide, if you removed their house/bed for a little while they will have no where to run or tempt them out with food.
I sit by my cages and after a little while they come out to see what I am doing.
Honkey will sit at the front of his cage and will not budge until he has had the top of his head stroked and under his chin stroked.
Frogmella will only come out with food, Honkalula will hide.
Mervyn wont budge for anything and will hide, I took his tunnel out 2 days ago and is getting better as he is now peaking at me from behind Honkey.
Brian is in hiding mode, yet Harrison will come and say hello.
Pig-Pog is so friendly she will sit there staring until she gets picked up and cuddles.
