for example: lino, correx, carpets. fluff has just nibbled the edge of my hall carpet and pulled it up.

its not as if they dont have enough to eat but still they would rather eat these.

oh and socks! phoebe whilst i was kneeling on the floor had a nibble of my socks whilst still on my feet, she also seems partial to freshly washed underwear hanging on the airer!! malletheadmalletheadmallethead

my boys have gone for all my wooden furniture... and the bunny even took a chunk out of the solid fire place... :))
the boys recently took a fancy to the recycling and chewwed through the plastic box and made a start on the stuff inside...!....rolleyes they did all that in a hour....!
x

Mine like clothes, and Kreature likes cable ties grrrr, they dont get to go on my carpet but they do eat the fleeces.

Black bin bags are a favourite with our girls. :))
toffee and phoebe do this as well as the hamster!

nelly tried the sofa leg, and nilla the door. you just cant take your eyes off them can you?

Mine like to chew the cushions and even my phone x

so nothing is safe then?

i love watching them run around popcorning but I'm not sure any of this is good for them! although being greeted at the kitchen door by 4 little face and followed back to the pen was nice.

skirting boards, furniture, electrical cords, my hubby's sporran box, my son's playmats, guests' toes (long story), wall paper etc, etc

ok so they're not fussy with what they eat. but there all well fed and cared for so why? and its not the occasional taster whats this nibble as they keep coming back

fussy? no. discerning? yes.

my mum was soooo not impressed when my (late) Pickwick lifeted half a wall's length of wall paper! in the end, she had to redecorate the kitchen! (my mum, not Pickwick).

how funny i would of laughed :) and now i have an image of a piggie wall papering :))

I hate they way they always try and eat plastic! But Sweet Potato or Parsnip - No way

Guest's Toe's?!? LOL! :(|)

Treacle is always just trying to eat me, any part that is available today she tried the elbow. If there is no flesh on show, she will nibble my clothing....

Guest's Toe's?!? LOL! :(|).

our Pickwick (the wall-paperer extraordinaire) was semi free range. So she'd come out of her cage and beg for food at meal times, etc and she'd always go and take a bite of guests' toes too, as a welcome present! People tend to remove their shoes when they come to our house (although it's tiled) and usually after 20-30 mins they'd jump out of their skin trying not to let anything on after their big toe had been shortened by half an inch (ok, maybe not that much)....

My mr fuzz pulled a carrier bag up to his cage and nibbled into the loaf of bread! another time it was the guy who came to fix the boiler's work bag handle, socks out of the wash basket, this pig's like Mr Tickle and has secret long arms.... kinda freaks me out! :(|)

Yeah, nothing is safe in my house either, if it's on the floor Sweets considers it fair game. The cords especially. He LOVES those, the little naughty, and I can be watching him and he'll still do it. He also loves to chew on the dog kennels to try and get them out or something rolleyes and if I'm holding him, my hair has to be up in a tight and high pony tail or he will try eating that as well. My clothes are in danger as well. sigh..... whatever will I do with him?

probably get over it and love and cuddle him even more because he's so cute and when I tell him not to chew on stuff he gives me the sweetest little, "I'm so sweet and innocent mom it wasn't me" look :))

I have to be careful of where I place my rubbish bin when I clear up their poops - Athena loves the taste of the plastic bag mallethead

so basically nothing is safe, and anything is fair game if in their reach.

i like the idea of Mr Tickle arms although it is scary :)

hehe we've started calling him 'tickle arms' 'cos he manages to pull things in and we've no idea how he's doing it! :o

anything you have he thinks he should have which would be nice to share, however i don't think piggies are meant to eat the laptop charger cable.
Last week he caused complete carnage by jumping from the seat next to me, onto the laptop keyboard which in turn fell off my lap into my coffe mug and knocking over a glass of squash and thus ruining my newspaper and rug. Little !

Caramel has nibbled through two charger cables, on for the wii handsets and one for the playstation hand sets. given half a chance she will eat my hair, clothes and even tries to bite my nails for me! :)>>>

adorable little critters aren't they? xoxo
