I have 3 lil piggies. The man Honey (he was a girl then found out he wasnt ?), Brandy (the pretty princess), and Berri (Honey and Brandys Daughter). They all get on great most of the time. But why is it that when food is involved Honey always wants to have little Berris share. She knows when he is approaching her and she squeeks and chortles like there's no tomorrow. Even when food isnt involved and he comes anywhere near her she goes goes mental and often dashes off into her hut. Is it anxiety? She is still quite young; born on Christmas day! They never fight though. Any suggestions? Or do I just have a nervous pig on my hands? ::)
 
welcome to the forum. Is Honey neutered?

Maybe she is just telling him to back off cos she doesn't like him? ;) Also maybe he's a threat because he's invading space with her and her mummy?
 
He sure is neutered. Maybe she's just scared of his big bushy face or maybe she's annoyed of his constant rumble strutting! He's a very horny piggy and always looking for a bit of action! ;D Ooo and one more question. Weird i know but do guinea pigs pass wind? I heard a little 'fffffff' from Brandys bottom the other day :o (not joking!)
 
i think like in the wild were food comes to it its : every piggie for itself! in a vicous battle for food. i lie many carrots on the ground, but even if one piggie is eating one, and another is close by, another piggie will delibertly march right past it and try and steal its carrot. its quite funny actually! ;D

I sometimes give all 3 piggies 1 slice of cucumber each yet they ALL want the one that one pig has got. If that makes sense! :D Odd little things arent they! ::)
 
Haha... while mum was making dinner she had leftover tomato and I tooka piece up to the pigs and Wilson snatched it right out of my hands ;D Such a piggie! lol
 
SO they do let of little puffs of air! Not very ladylike of her! I'd expect Honey to do that but not not Brandy! lol. ;D
