Why Is My Guinea Wiping His Bottom On The Floor?

Hi Ive only had my boars 2 weeks but ive noticed one is doing a sort of bottom shuffle, pulling himself forward. Is he marking territory or could it be worms?
I looked at what I think is his bottom and there a a small yellow thing poking out. It could be his other private part - as i said i'm new to thisXD
