Hi @Tiamolly123 .
I do get alerts of any new thread in the Health/Illness section. Our other trusted members also get alerts of all posts in there. We answer as soon as we can, but as we all moderate this forum on a volunteer basis in our free time, it can happen that this is not immediately the case.
If you feel that it is really necessary, you can tag members by using the @, immediately followed by the username. Click on the member you want to tag when the list of names appears, so you create an alert.

The best way is to use the @ but atted to a username like this @Tiamolly123 it then alerts you to the thread
We have a few Health and Illness bods too so if you see something that needs an urgent answer you can tag any of the following
@Adelle
@helen105281
@Wiebke
@Elwickcavies
@Abi_nurse
and for dental issues @furryfriends (TEAS)
