The Tribe have settled down again after their big cage swap. Half-brothers Merlin and Baeddan have enjoyed engaging in some territorial husboar behaviour (on the mild and friendly side; emphasis on 'enjoyed').

Mothers Modron and Millyn are a lot less confrontational since Barcud's loss and are busy messing up the table cage (they can give boars a run for their poo-pennies) and being the first to know what is going on in terms of food supplies. They haven't got quite in the swing of their old full-on begging yet, but it is work in progress.

Anyway, after a week of not being well with cramps in my internal muscle wall (mostly overnight, so there went my sleep), I have taken the opportunity of having some sunshine and comfortable temperatures as well as fresh growing grass again to take some updated group portraits - something I have not been able to for a while, no thanks to a broken hip.

And last but not least a happy 4th birthday this month to Millyn's two babies Blodyn and Merlin (baby name Boncath) - they were born at Maria's Animal Sanctuary Rescue in Cornwall and made the journey to the Midlands at just a few weeks old.
