Will my piggies fit in these scales?

i'm not sure, probably, but keeping them in there will probably be your problem! if they're good though, i'll get them too!

I'm sure that would be just fine. I have this sort and work perfectly for weighing piggys, chins and rabbits (although mine are much older, white and scruffier looking now than these nice shiny ones!)

and this is the bowl I use (as modelled by Whiskey when he first came to live with us) which I keep just for weighing the animals. What I use looks comparable to the link you gave.

I think I'll try they one's and see I have vouchers to use in argos so might aswell and it comes with a bowl just hope they fit in it rolleyes

I'd say yes. Mine are similar but the bowl is more shallow. You could always get a bigger bowl, so long as it is on the scales when you turn them on, it'll be fine.

I got mine at Lidl BTW, for less.

My vouchers don't work in Lidls lol... and can't think of anything else I may use them for so thinking Scales!

?/I thought the bowl might make it easier?!

Yes the bowl definitely makes it easier, mine just used to jump straight off the flat sort. These look fine. I always keep my hands at the ready sort of cradled over them just in case they think they can fly thoughrolleyes x

didn't realise you had vouchers, sorry, anyway you'd only spend a couple of pounds. Every little helps but still....

I use my scales for measuring food too, although I use a different bowl:)) Having the digital scales is just so helpful... shame I can't put Oliver in them! mwahaha

I think you can see my scales in my avatar if you have decent eyesight. ;)

Yes I can, do you think digital is better, doe's it matter?

I am sure digital probably is better, I have to weigh mine in pounds and ounces then convert into grams on my phone, then add the half and quarter ounces on after that rolleyes Yep, I would say digital is the way to go. x

that's just so complicated... you can convert online, that's what I do, the other way round, being continental...:)):)):))

Never been good at maths! lol... Online is sso convient! How often should I weigh them, I've never did it before wasn't until I read all the post's saying how important it was I thought best invest rolleyes!

when thry're growing once a week.
when thry're sick daily.
otherwise regularly.
